Cancellation & Rebooking Policy:
We understand that schedules can change, but to ensure fairness to all our clients, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a rebooking charge of half the cost of the scheduled groom. This helps us manage our schedule effectively and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

1. Please allow your dog to relieve themselves fully before an appointment, and keep them on-leash AT ALL TIMES in the shop.
2. In the event that your animal displays aggressive behavior and poses a threat, we will kindly request that you collect your dog and settle the payment for the services rendered.
3. If your intact female is in heat, or if your dog has an open bleeding wound, please reschedule. Blood pathogens pose a risk to all dogs visiting the shop.
4. We understand emergencies happen, but if cancellations are a repeated occurrence, we will ask to keep a card on file for cancellation fees.
5. If your preferred schedule is in conflict with your dog being matted, your dog will have to be shaved.
We reserve the right to discontinue our relationship if our personalities do not mesh well with each other, we expect a level of decorum in our shop.
