1. In the event that your animal displays aggressive behavior and poses a threat, we will kindly request that you collect your dog and settle the payment for the services rendered.
2. Please allow your dog to relieve themselves fully before appointment
3. Keep your dog on leash AT ALL TIMES in the shop.
4. If your intact female is in heat, or if your dog has an open bleeding wound please reschedule or wait for an appointment. Blood pathogens pose a risk to all dogs visiting the shop
5. We ask that appointments are cancelled in a 48h window, we understand emergencies happen. If this is a repeated occurrence, we will ask to keep a card on file. Before scheduling any additional appointments, please be aware that a cancellation fee may apply.
6. If your preferred schedule is in conflict with your dog being matted your dog will have to be shaved.
We reserve the right to discontinue our relationship if our personalities just do not mesh well with each other, we expect a level of decorum in our shop.
